  • The original manufacturer seal is intact.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging.
  • The product remains in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened perfumes or fragrances
  • Used products
  • Products with broken or removed safety seals
  • Items missing original packaging
  • Gift cards (if applicable)
  • Clearance or final sale items (if marked as non-returnable)

💥 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us review your request, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

After reviewing your claim, we may offer:

🚫 Order Cancellations

Before Shipment

Orders may be canceled if your cancellation request is received before the order has been processed and shipped.

After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Eligible returns may still be requested according to this policy.

Due to the nature of fragrance products:

  • Fragrances should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • We cannot accept returns for products that have been altered, tampered with, or improperly stored after delivery.
  • Minor variations in packaging due to manufacturer updates do not qualify as defects.
